Its only a few more weeks before we take off our clothes and show off our bodies on the beaches of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Mexico, Bahamas, California, Texas, etc. With the cold and snow from this winter, there are a few extra pounds of fat around our middles. A little more on our behinds. We needed that little extra weight to keep us warm this winter. Now, it’s time to take that weight off with these exercises.
Now is the time to lose the belly fat, tighten our stomachs, and show off some abs. We want those stomachs trim and slim. It’s time to lose the fat around our butts and our thighs. We need to blast our booties, and work our glutes. Tone and firm up our thighs. With these workouts, we are going to take our best bodies to the beaches.
Follow these workouts to blast every part of your body, tighten up the loose parts, and get toned. When you take off your clothes and slip into your bathing suit, you can be confident that you are looking good and feeling good.
It starts with a strong core, which is your abs, back and obliques. Work hard to develop the muscles and burn off the fat.
Let’s be honest, not many women have 6 pack abs like the girl in the picture. Abs are partly a cause of exercises, but mostly from diet. You aren’t necessarily going to go from pot belly to 6 pack in a few weeks, but by starting now, eventually you will have abs of steel.
A toned chest usually means toned arms and shoulders as well. A strong chest is something to envy if you don’t have and pride if you do.
Although you may not want a bodybuilders muscular back, a strong toned back is a beautiful thing on a woman. When she is wearing a backless dress, or a bikini, a toned back brings her total package together.
Butt & Thigh Exercises
We all want that tight butt and toned thighs. Do enough of these exercises and everything will be firm and strong in no time.
Now it’s time to get rid of the bat wings, or if you are lucky enough not to have any, at least tone up the arms so you look good in a sleeveless dress.
